Information Technology company based in Canoga Park, CA

We are an information technology solutions provider, specializing in small and mid-size companies. Our client base consists of businesses in professional services, architectural design, education and manufacturing. We provide solutions based on Managed Services, Cloud Technology and projects.

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Account Executive, this position is responsible for selling products primary focus is on voice and data solutions. With the option of selling professional and cloud services for Small and Medium businesses.

They must be results-oriented representatives with the ability to build and maintain on-going relationships through the entire sales cycle, must be capable of interacting with customer and problem solving. Will be expected to leverage existing relationships and will be responsible for meeting ambitious sales goals. Must be able to work in a fast paced and supportive organization looking to grow revenues quickly. You should be self-directed with the ability to drive for desired results through prospecting new customers and making initial contacts through multiple channels. Responsibilities also include client retention and growing the business through cross- and up-selling to new and existing clients.

Primary Responsibilities
Drive Business Growth
Work independently in the field 50% of the week or more, including time at client sites
Sell data and voice services to small and mid-sized clients
Grow the business through developing and maintaining sales plans and identify new prospects using multiple sources of sales leads
Make sales presentations to customer decision makers and communicate clearly and comfortably with groups ranging from 2-12 people the products. Sell, support, educate and influence customer.
Manage and maintain required pipeline and forecast data
Negotiate pricing, products, and promotions with new clients
Build Customer Relationships
Build relationships with prospective customers to develop sales opportunities and set appointments to understand their business
Maintain client database by recording all activities, transactions, and communications with customers
Participate in internal meetings to create product packages, sales processes, communicate and coordinate sales, report on sales activities, implement new products, solve problems, and keep up-to-date with information about us.
Collaborate with sales engineer and sales support team to determine appropriate solutions to meet customers’ needs, including assessment of ROI


Minimum Requirements:
3-5+ years business-to-business outside sales experience including quotas and cold calling, must have proven track record of success
BA/BS preferred
Valid state driver’s license, good driving record, reliable transportation
Computer use 1 year+, proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Essential to have attention to detail with data entry into CRM
Eligibility to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications:
5-7 years’ business-to-business sales experience with quotas
3 year telecommunications sales experience
Cloud Service sales experience
Knowledge of local/national telecom market, local contacts
Post-high school education in a related field

Skills & Abilities:
Outgoing personality, excellent written and interpersonal skills.
Able to communicate clearly and comfortably with groups ranging from 2-12 people.
Capable of interacting with customers and team members
Problem solving
Administrative functions.
Ability to learn new products
